We are Girls Giving Grants, the youth initiative of Impact Austin . It is our mission to improve the lives of others through cooperative giving. Our unique and unified vision allows us to transcend conventional grant-making processes. The foundation of our grant-making process relies upon cooperative giving, cooperative research and analysis. We are young philanthropists hoping to make a difference in the world and we have set out to become grant-makers with a very different makeup. We are your daughters, your grand-daughters, your sisters, your nieces, your neighbors. We are changing the face of giving!   

In May 2007, Girls Giving Grants awarded their second grant of $2,600 to the Center for Child Protection.  The grant will be used to provide emergency funds for children and families in crisis.
